Session fees cover the photographer's time and artistic processing. With each session, a digital gallery will be delivered via pixieset.com. It is recommended that you print your photos through your gallery or a professional lab only. Photos will not be licensed to print at WalMart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Sam's Club, Costco, or any other big box chain store. Unless otherwise stated in writing, images will be licensed for client's personal use only.

All regular sessions require a $200 non-refundable retainer within 7 days of booking to hold the date, if retainer is not received within that time frame the session will be removed from the photographer's calendar. The remaining session fee is due 24 hours before your session. Dainty session fees are due in full at the time of booking to reserve the date.

Sessions that take place more than 30 miles from Erhard, MN have an additional travel fee of $1/mile round trip, excluding the Fargo/Moorhead area.

Sessions with over 6 people require an additional fee of $30/person.
