Hello, I'm Mallory

Wedding & family Photographer

I'm just a girl who picked up a camera at 13 and never put it down. I love old movies and historical fiction novels. I'm inspired by love stories and fashion and feel nostalgic for things I haven't even experienced. I love an aesthetic and want to celebrate everything.

I spent most of my twenties looking forward to the next step. Buying the bigger house with more land, having children, finally making it big in this industry (to name a few) but lately I've been learning to enjoy the now and embrace what God has given me today with the realization that he may never give me what I want tomorrow.

Hosting has become a recent passion of mine. I'm no longer waiting for the bigger house with the nice kitchen, instead I'm hosting people in my tiny house with the small kitchen and no dishwasher under a water damaged, ugly drop ceiling that looks like it was taken right out of a public school, and I'm loving the parties I'm having.

It's full circle when you really think about it, my job is to literally capture the beauty of everything happening right now.

driven by nostalgia, inspired by fashion, cinematography, and literature

I shoot with a mixture of documentary and storytelling approaches. I give some direction in posing but for the most part, we’re all just hanging out and I’m taking photos. From there, I edit with a cinematic feel to bring our vision to life. This creates customized and unique sessions centered around each individual client. I am not the photographer that will deliver a gallery full of 50+ images of you smiling at the camera.
